about me

hi there :) I’m Bailey: the dreamer and creator of Divine Purpose. I truly am so glad you’re here, and that we get the chance to connect. So, let me tell you a little bit about myself, my own health journey, and my desire to start a holistic health coaching business.

I am from Henderson, Nebraska, and currently live with my husband, Nate, and our pup Luna on our 3.5 acre farm in rural Nebraska. I love making my morning raw milk latte, afternoon walks, spending time on my farm gardening & taking care of our chickens, experimenting with cooking, and leading exercise classes. Growing up, I was already playing competitive basketball by third-grade, as basketball sort of became my “thing”. I loved the game and everything about it, especially the competitive side it brought out in me. Through starting sports, I was quickly taught the importance of strength & conditioning, as I played basketball nearly year round, did competitive dance, and ran track. However, my senior year of high school, I started having severe lower back pain, later finding out I have two fractured vertebrae, and a bulging disk.

This quickly changed how I moved and trained, as I lived with chronic pain for nearly two years, until I decided to take control, get off my medications, and figure out how to heal, or at least manage this myself. That’s when I started looking towards holistic treatments, such as an anti-inflammatory diet (completely removing dairy), and strengthening my core and supporting muscles to counteract the weakness within my back. Within one year I felt better, two years I felt great, and three years later I am nearly 100% pain-free. I now am a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, and have my bachelor’s of science degree in health and fitness studies, with a minor in psychology. My greatest hopes and desires consist of helping others, just like you, throughout my practice.

Living with chronic pain, struggling with your relationship with food, or hating your body & how it’s “failed you” isn’t something you should have to go through alone, which is exactly why I am so passionate about what I do.
